VD18 Varun Dhawan gets heroine for Atlee’s next film

Actor Varun Dhawan, who is looking forward to the direct OTT release of his next film ‘Bawaal‘, has found the heroine of his much talked about action film. This is the same film which was recently announced as ‘VD18’ and which is going to be produced by ‘Jawan‘ director Atlee‘s production company, along with Kabir Singh’s production company Cine 1 Studios. With this film of Varun Dhawan, a strong actress of South Cinema is going to debut in Hindi cinema.

According to the information, Varun Dhawan’s proposed action film will be made by Atlee’s company A for Apple. The film will be produced by Atlee’s wife Priya Atlee and Murad Khetani is the other producer associated with the film. Murad Khetani’s company Cine 1 Studios had made the film ‘Kabir Singh‘. Apart from this, Murad’s name has also been associated with films like ‘Bhool Bhulaiya 2‘ and ‘Gumraah‘. These days his company is making Ranbir Kapoor‘s film ‘Animal‘ in collaboration with T-Series.

This new film by Priya Atlee and Murad Khetani will be a mega budget action film and it will feature two heroines opposite Varun Dhawan. The name of famous South Cinema actress Keerthy Suresh is reported to be final as the first heroine of the film. There is no official announcement about this yet, but it is believed that the film’s presenter Atlee will make an official announcement soon as soon as the name of the second heroine of the film is finalized.

Keerthy Suresh has gained a lot of fame in the country and abroad with the film ‘Mahanati’. Her name is taken among the top actresses of South Cinema. Her upcoming film ‘Bhola Shankar’ is also being discussed a lot these days. Apart from this, in the South, her films like ‘Revolver Rita’, ‘Raghu Tata’ and ‘Kannadevi‘ are in various stages of production.

Well-known director of Tamil cinema Kalis has got the responsibility of directing the film ‘VD18’. In this film, Varun Dhawan is going to be seen doing a bang action after a long time. Varun Dhawan’s previous film ‘Bhediya‘ released in theatres was a flop. This week, Nitesh Tiwari directed film ‘Bawaal‘ with his Janhvi Kapoor is going to be released. In this film, he will be seen as a history teacher. After the flop of the Priyanka Chopra starrer series ‘Citadel’, although the audience has not been interested in this story, but people are curious about the pairing of Varun Dhawan and Samantha Prabhu in its Hindi version.
