The shooting of Bhojpuri film ‘DFO‘ on the famous Sasaram massacre of Rohtas district in Bihar is going on these days in Rohtas district of Bihar. Rohtas district of Bihar was once considered a Naxal-affected area and in 2002, some Naxalites killed Sanjay Singh, the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) posted there. This film is said to be inspired by this incident, although the makers of the film say that it is a fictional story.
In the film ‘DFO’, actor Yash Kumar Mishra is playing the role of a DFO who is posted in Naxalism-affected Rohtas in Bihar. Surrounded by hilly and rugged terrain, this area has been considered a Naxalite affected area. After coming here, how they face the Naxalites will be shown in this film.
Actor Yash Kumar Mishra, who is playing the role of DFO in the film, believes that his film is completely based on a fictional story. Yash Kumar Mishra says, ‘This film is a film based on a fictional incident, whose story is very unique and entertaining. My character in this film is very important and I am also very excited about this film. The shooting of the film has started and I will try to do justice to the story of the film and give an extraordinary entertainer to the audience.’
Ajay Singh, who is directing the film ‘DFO’, says, ‘I think the story of this film will connect not only Rohtas, but the entire Bhojpuria community. It is too early to say much about the story of this film. But it is certain that the story of the film will be quite different. At one time, Rohtas district was considered a stronghold of Naxalites. Now such incidents do not happen here. But the story of our film is of that period, when there used to be fear of Naxalites here.
The movie ‘DFO’ stars Yash Kumar Mishra, Falak Khan, Dev Singh, Sonu Pandey, Pooja Gupta, Pragya Singh, Pooja Pandey, Virender Jha, Abhishek Singh, Saina and Hameed Raj in lead roles.
