On this special occasion, filmmaker Karan Johar has thanked each and every member of his team, from writers to technicians to the marketing team, and penned a lovely note for them.
Karan Johar returns to the director’s chair after seven years with ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani‘. Karan Johar directed ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘ with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. There was a doubt in everyone’s mind about the film that how it will perform at the box office, but the fans have showered their love and made it a hit.
Recently, Karan took to Instagram to thank everyone associated with the film. He wrote, ‘Before the release of this film I felt I would need an IV drip at any moment and I was about to collapse!! The question I asked myself is whether what I am feeling is because of the long gap of seven years or is it my worry of three years. Whatever the reason, but when the film released on 28th July, there was nothing but happiness in my heart and I would like to thank my team for this.
For Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, Karan wrote, ‘I have a special love letter for Rocky and Rani, which I want to write to you. I want to say that you are the most essential part of this love story. Both of you not only made the film but I also got a lot of positive energy from the love you gave me. I love you both very much and hope that I will get a chance to work with you again soon.
